LE PANIER À BRIOCHE began as a Sunday morning ritual — slow-fermented dough, a butter-glossed crust, and the kind of crumb you tear into with your hands. Today, we bake everything in small batches from our kitchen and prepare our letterbox boxes for click & collect.

Every cake and treat leaves our hands. No factories, no shortcuts. Just real butter, French flour, and a little bit of patience.
